
Harry’s Tap Room, at both our Clarendon and Pentagon City locations, serves as a wonderful location for your private social and business events. We would be pleased to work with you to create a plan that meets your needs, and exceeds your expectations.
Harry’s Clarendon location is more flexibly designed for private functions – see the chart below. Private breakfasts can be arranged for any weekday, with a minimum party size of 20. In addition, should you desire, the entire Clarendon space is available to you and your 300 closest friends or colleagues, dependent upon time, date and budget.
Harry’s Pentagon City is pleased to accommodate weekday private breakfasts or a private function for you and 100 to 200 friends or colleagues, again dependent upon time, date and budget.
Harry’s Tap Room does not charge room charges or set up fees for standard room set up. There are minimum food and beverage guarantees that we would be pleased to speak to you about.

The best event is the one perfectly suited to your needs. We will work with you to create an event that meets (and hopefully exceeds) the expectations of all attendees at a price you are comfortable with. The sample menu below – a $30 per person dinner is a starting point for our discussion. We can do more or less but the sample menu provides a sense of how we price our events. Call us to discuss how we can create the right event for you.
A 20% service charge is added to all food and beverage charges. Applicable State and County taxes are 10% on food and beverage and 5% on service.
Parking is available in garages adjoining both the Clarendon and Pentagon City locations. At Clarendon, with a validated ticket, receive a 50% discount for up to 3 hours. Should you desire, valet parking can be arranged for your guests at Clarendon at an additional charge.
When placing a reservation, an estimated guest count must be provided. Three business days prior to the event, a final guaranteed guest count must be provided and is not subject to reduction.
A valid and authorized credit card must be provided at the time of reservation in order to confirm the reservation. Events cancelled with less than 72 hours notice will be charged ½ the estimated amount of the event. Events cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full estimated amount of the event.
Should you incur a charge because of a cancellation, it will be our pleasure to apply 20% of that charge towards a future private event booked with us in the following 6 months.
Payment is due in full at the conclusion of the event, by credit card, debit card or cash. For credit or debit card payments, the card must be in the possession of the host at the time of payment.
We provide a sample dinner menu below so that you can get a sense of how we might suggest a private dinner offering.
Whether for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a cocktail reception, our objective is to work with you to create a wonderful event. While we understand why many establishments publish extensive lists of options, our preference is to find out what you have in mind and see how close we can get to it.
